Tasks and objectives

As part of the contract, we designed a bespoke B2B loyalty program. Its main goal is the automation of activities and processes in the retail network. The project, implemented in several countries, ensured the fusion of procedures within many markets. It contributed to the enrichment of the sales structure with bespoke analytical tools that enable to create development strategies and set financial goals. It also provided the motivational tools in a loyalty system thanks to which, our client can offer non-financial benefits for its employees and counterparties around the world.
