Krakowski Bank Spółdzielczy is a leader among cooperative banks operating in Poland. It can be proud over 115 years of tradition. KBS offers new banking products and services as well as insurance to individuals, businesses, institutions, farmers and administrative units.
Tasks and objectives
For Krakowski Bank Spółdzielczy we have implemented a functional e-learning platform which is used by nearly 500 employees. The application provides comprehensive training in OSH and product courses. Thanks to the platform, KBS employees effectively improve their qualifications which results a high position of Institution among cooperative banks. Training for KBS employees is prepared in accordance with the SCORM standard.
The platform is built on the basis of our proprietary Edito E-learning system. We have implemented a number of standard features that were adapted to the client's needs. We have also implemented many dedicated modules, such as coordinator profile for team managers.
The platform design allows users to communicate with each other in a real time which helps building an organizational culture that fosters knowledge sharing. As part of the work we have made the platform installation on the Client's server.
