Ideo designed and implemented this internal application to plan activities for a group of customers on the basis of indicator data. This enables faster and more accurate decision-making by sales reps and shortens the time to reach approval by directors. The system helps improve and monitor standards of customer service.
The app has been designed according to RWD standards, making it easily accessible. In addition, it has been integrated with other systems used by the customer, including Fast-Profit, BI, Active Directory, and Outlook 2010.
