Logito Platform for Operator Systemu Magazynowania

Operator Systemu Magazynowania Sp. z o.o. was established on 16th of November, 2010 by Polish Oil and Gas Company group. The primary purpose of the company's activity is to perform the tasks of the storage system operator such as having the power of storage facilities or supervision over the implementation of the fuel system.

Tasks and objectives

According to the Client's business objectives, the implementation was to:

  • streamline the management, storage and documentation workflow in the company
  • improve internal communication

The implementation of these goals included:

  • Digitization of documents by using OCR technology
  • The functioning support of law firm and office by registering and handling the flow of incoming and outgoing documents
  • Defining consolidated and individual profiles permissions and comprehensive multi-user management permissions at one time
  • Supporting the process of creating and evaluating documentation arising in the company, including contracts with external contractors
  • Collection and indexing of electronic documentation in a central repository

As a result of the implementation of the Logito system, the following modules were launched and configured: incoming and outgoing messages, knowledge base, information service, customer base, case handling and processes. In addition, the system has been integrated with IFS in the area of contractors, contracts and Active Directory users. The system was launched at the beginning of 2015. Over 160 people are using the system in 3 company's branches.
