What we do

Outsourcing IT

If there is something that you couldn’t do better and cheaper than others - what’s the point? Instead why not hire someone who will?

Outsourcing is regarded as a management strategy that transfers tasks which are not directly related to the core business of the company to another organization. It allows a company to focus key resources on the core business through which it achieves competitive advantage. Outsourcing may also involve transfer of the employees and assets to the outsourcing business partner.

When specialized services are provided within your company it may be necessary to hire an employee dedicated to these services. It may be more cost-effective to engage a subcontractor especially if the service is used rarely.

In case of temporary increased demand for IT staff it wouldn’t be easy to hire a suitable specialist for a short time. The cost of their training and maintenance at their workplace could be higher than total value of services themselves. That’s why outsourcing is nowadays a common service to optimize the costs of running a business.

Within IT Outsourcing we can provide:

  • Dedicated IT project managers
  • Highly skilled analysts and designers of IT platforms and information architecture
  • Web developers and webmasters
  • Website and software testers
  • Experienced server and network administrators

The biggest advantages of outsourcing are: cost reduction, access to specialized knowledge and saving time. Cooperation may provide full range of services, as well as acquisition of selected processes within the project. This approach allows for a marked increase the efficiency of your organization and allows you to increase your competitive advantage.

Cooperation with the client

Every company has different needs for cooperation in the IT outsourcing field. In order to increase the effectiveness of cooperation we divide every order into the following steps:

  • Stage I – Hearing out the client and analysing their needs
Cooperation begins with the recognition of the needs of the client. Our consultants will carry out a briefing and analysis of your needs trying to get as much relevant information as possible. We then analyze the industry and your competitors.
  • Stage II – Preparing the Offer
We present the scope of our proposal and the principles of cooperation. Proposals are based on our knowledge and experience referring to your needs. At this stage, we also provide measuring tools to examine the effectiveness of future cooperation.
  • Stage III - Implementation
After acknowledged and agreed details of cooperation we proceed to the implementation phase. The customer has control and insight into the process and can verify progress of the work and agreed performance indicators.
  • Stage IV – Adjustments
If it turns out that modifying the original plan (at any stage) will increase the efficiency of the process we are open to make the appropriate changes both in methods and in implemented solutions.
