ThyssenKrupp Energostal S.A. is a leading distributor of metals and plastics in Poland. On behalf of the company, we created a modern CRM tool. It provides valuable support for the work carried out in the commercial division. SZPiK (Client Wallet Management System) includes modules that support key functionalities for traders. One of them is the "visits" module, which enables planning and collecting information from meetings with contractors.
Each month they record an average of 1200 visits per month. In cooperation with the customer, we have also been dealing with the further development of the system and adapting it to the changing needs of the end user.
