Experts from the Widzialni Foundation and blind, visually impaired and deaf users examined 114 public administration services in terms of accessibility for people with disabilities. In the top 5 of the list were 2 services created by Ideo.

The aim of the research carried out by the Widzialni Foundation was to determine the availability of public administration websites based on WCAG 2.0. It is worth looking at the results of the study carried out one year after the entry into force of the National Interoperability Framework Regulation, the minimum requirements for public records and the exchange of information in electronic form and the minimum requirements for teleinformatic systems.

Designed and implemented by Ideo, the website of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy (www.mpips.gov.pl) received the highest score from all examined websites. It is worth stressing that the Widzialni Foundation has examined 114 websites of public administration offices.

The website www.mpips.gov.pl was appreciated for its clear structure, categorizing information and allowing for quick search. The advantage of the site - in the Foundation's assessment - there are also additional navigators allowing direct access of the user using the reader program to the main menu, submenu and page content.

In the first five of the list was also Official website of the President of the Republic of Poland - www.prezydent.pl designed by Ideo.
