Tasks and objectives
As part of the contract, we designed a bespoke B2B loyalty program. Its main goal is the automation of activities and processes in the retail network. The project, implemented in several countries, ensured the fusion of procedures within many markets. It contributed to the enrichment of the sales structure with bespoke analytical tools that enable to create development strategies and set financial goals. It also provided the motivational tools in a loyalty system thanks to which, our client can offer non-financial benefits for its employees and counterparties around the world.

The biggest asset of the delivered B2B solution is the elasticity of its implementation. In addition to the support of several languages, monetary currencies, legal norms applicable in individual countries, it allows the adjustment of the graphical interface according to the requirements of individual markets. The B2B platform, created by our analysts, enables efficient internal communication which translates into the quicker delegation of tasks and transfer of information between members of the sales network.
