Kampanje.com is a complete web-based platform that offers a broad range of products and services that are relevant to the new media industry.
Tasks and objectives
At the request of the customer, we implemented a dedicated events.kampanje.com website, presenting the company's conference and training services. The most important element of the site is the catalogue of events which allows you to add entries in the form of complex business cards. A standard description of the conference includes information about the program (which can be divided into several parallel thematic paths), speakers and sponsors. Users are able to register for the event through the site and the data from registration forms is automatically saved in the administrative panel.
The website has been built on the CMS EpiServer, the leading Customer Engagement Platform in the Nordic countries. The implementation uses integration with a CRM system. Great emphasis was placed on an intuitive user experience, which is why the website was made using RWD technology.
As an extension of the platform, Ideo also created a mobile application for the training and conference organisers. The application has a QR reader, and codes are generated by the platform during registration, enabling quick verification of the participants during an event. Scanned QR codes are automatically stored in the CRM.
