Information portal for The Management Board of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship

The Management Board of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship in Warsaw was set up on January 1st 1999. It is a local organisational unit, headed by the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. The Office was called in to perform tasks connected with public education, healthcare, social policy, promotion of the Voivodeship and international cooperation.

Tasks and objectives

The portal was created by Ideo and has a modern form and style, while maintaining the very broad and complex current site content.

Based on the Edito CMS platform, editors find it easy and intuitive to enter and manage content. Modules used on the site have been specifically created to meet all the customer’s requirements.

Within the site, we implemented 30 modules, including: Calendar of events, Contact form, Newsletter, User Accounts, Terms of office and a Registry of things to do.

We also built a new Public Information Bulletin and created an archive of tens of thousands of articles, by importing content which was created as far back as 2002.

With the hard work of five programmers, a graphic design team, a project manager and the efficient collaboration between our team and the client, this project took only 3 months to complete.
