TNT Express Worldwide provides courier services worldwide. The company provides express services, including solutions for customers who regularly send consolidated shipments within Europe. The company has been operating within the Polish market for more than 20 years.
Tasks and objectives
The system informs the courier about new products, changes in procedures, discounts, but also about responsibilities. Put simply – a portal streamlining a courier’s daily work. The service includes:
- Descriptions of special contracts that require additional/non-standard measures
- Finance and insurance module, which presents data dedicated to a given carrier including information on invoices and insurance
- Calendar for easy organisation of on-time delivery
- Branding module, which contains all the information about car branding or special incentives available to the couriers
- E-learning related to their daily work
- Tests – both basic surveys and more advanced mechanisms to test the knowledge of couriers
- TNT Internal electronic newspaper
The portal was implemented using the intuitive and efficient Edito CMS system. Implemented modules allow the company to expand the service with additional elements.
