The ZIBI Group is a Polish leader on the market of watches, electronic products, and musical instruments. It has over 100 professional stores branded "Time Trend" and 22 Riff music stores.
Tasks and goals
We designed and implemented a new, flexible system of the client's online shop. We implemented the project based on a scalable and efficient Magento platform. We also migrated the whole product offer from the client's current stores.
A modern platform allows to manage multiple stores from a common panel.
We integrated the store with the ERP system. It streamlined the process of orders, which are confirmed automatically. Products are independently gathered into categories and build a set of attributes. The operator's job is only to verify and accept created sets.
The store has an extensive product base. Thanks to the multi-sites option, the customer can manage all brand websites from one admin panel.
Omnichannel strategy allows for the simultaneous use of multiple sales channels. It significantly increases shopping comfort.
The Magento platform enables integration with external service providers:
- online payment system - Tpay,
- installment plan - Santander Bank.
The ERP system provides a connection with couriers - DPD, FedEx, and InPost parcel lockers.
