With the increasing popularity of online shopping, consumers’ expectations change. Nowadays, customers expect the quick flow of information and the constant contact with us. The features that improve the quality of service include the possibility to check the availability of the product and the control of statuses of individual orders. The system implemented by Ideo allows us, as a supplier, respond faster to our customers’ needs. The B2B system enables the efficient service of the product ordering process. Each point of sale can see the individually prepared product catalog, check the availability of each product and place an order much faster. Additionally, the seller can prepare and print an offer for the client and later transform it into an order.
One of the conditions necessary to implement the system was its integration with the IFS system in the following areas: product catalog, orders and the structure of the sales network. There is also a loyalty program available in the system. Its participants receive points based on registered and verified purchases. Currently, the system supports Ukrainian, Romanian and Russian markets.
