Italian Fashion is a family-based company that offers luxury lingerie, home wear, and other accessories. Their products are popular all over the globe. With us, the company designed a brand-new platform with extra features. All for the sake of their customers to provide high-quality information and digital assets on their product catalog.

To build the store we worked on a Magento 2 platform because it provides high flexibility and stability. Italian Fashion has a rich product offer, so we had to design bespoke features. For example, one of them concerns assigning items automatically to their original categories. It enables the Client system users to find and manage offers in the system quickly. Also, we integrated the store with the SAP ERP system. Now, all information regarding stock levels and orders is up-to-date, and it is being displayed in the system.

The store offers several convenient features to users:

  • E-Commerce Solutions for BusinessesOne Step Checkout. We replaced the standard checkout with a one-page checkout. Now, the buying customers put items in the shopping cart, set all order parameters (payment, shipping), and preview its summary. All needed information on one page. To complete the order, all they need to do is confirm it.
  • Online catalogs (implemented as a module) allow customers to browse through any product collections quickly. Also, viewing products more interactively is very appealing to customers.
  • A special discount system displays current discount codes and loyalty cards. To make customers happy, they can combine several codes (if available) in the shopping cart.

For the purchase to be efficient and flexible, we have combined the feature for multi-carrier shipping. Also, customers can use various payment options. To make customer service more efficient, we included, e.g., the Zendesk live chat. For promoting products on social media and the Internet, we included Facebook and Google Ads.
